This idea was born from the personal struggle of CEO & Founder Morgan R. Gantt. After finding herself frustrated many times standing in the beauty isle of her local retail store, she was unable to distinguish the benefit of one hair product over another. “The method of trial and error in beauty, especially hair, is an expensive undertaking and can also be very damaging to your hair. Throughout my travels around the world it became apparent how widespread hair struggles are for all people of different ethnic backgrounds and hair types, exclusive of my own personal expereinces,” says Gantt.
